We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
The sensors measure electrical current drawn by machines. They do not identify individuals, and we do not use the data to monitor named people. Where an operator logs a reason for a stop, that reason is attached to the machine and the time, not to a person, unless your own configuration links it to a user account.
We use a small number of suppliers who process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Otherwise, nobody else gets it.
Machine data and dashboard accounts are held in the European Union. Some suppliers may process limited data outside the UK or EU; where that happens it is covered by the safeguards those suppliers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent contractual clauses.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like. That doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you think we've handled your information badly, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If the change materially affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
